4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in small chunks
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
2 cups water
2 10 oz packages refrigerated biscuits
1 chicken bouillon cube


Combine all ingredients, except biscuits, in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, tear biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces. Add to your slow cooker; stirring gently. Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes or until biscuits are fluffed up and cooked through.

Crockpot Chicken Creole Recipe

A great crockpot recipe is this crockpot chicken creole. It is hard to beat a good chicken recipe like this one. Try it and you will know why.

3 lbs. chicken thighs
1 cup celery, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt & pepper to taste
Louisiana hot sauce to taste
2 cups rice, cooked

Place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.

Combine remaining ingredients (except rice) & add to crockpot. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours or on low 7-8 hrs.

Cook rice according to package direction. Spoon Creole mixture over hot cooked rice.
Talk about good! Don't forget to serve with your favorite glass of wine.

Crockpot Beef Stew Recipe

Let me tell you, it is hard to beat a good beef stew and the easiest way to fix it is in your crockpot. That's right, crockpot beef stew. This is a really hearty meal, one that everybody loves. This beef stew crockpot recipe is great served with sweet cornbread muffins. A crockpot recipe you just can't beat. Here is the crockpot beef stew recipe you can cook today.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds stew beef, lean, cut in small pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
3 ribs celery, sliced
1 cup carrots, julienne or thinly sliced
1 sweet green bell pepper, chopped
1 sweet red bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cans (15 oz each) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth, undiluted
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes, not drained
1 cup canned (drained) or thawed frozen corn kernels, optional

PREPARATION:
Toss the beef with flour. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and onion; sauté, stirring frequently, until well browned.In a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker, combine the celery, carrots, green and red bell pepper, seasonings, beans, broth, tomatoes, and the browned beef and onions. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or set your crockpot to low and cook for about 8 to 10 hours. (Me I get too hungry and have to cook it on the high setting. You can add your corn about 1 hour before serving. Then serve up this great crockpot beef stew with some hot cornbread muffins. This is a crockpot recipe you hav to try.

Beef Brisket in Beer Recipe

Just about everybody loves a great beef brisket and this recipe for your crockpot or slowcooker is a simple and delicious one. A crockpot recipe for beef brisket in beer, you've got to try it.

Ingredients:
3 pounds lean beef brisket
2 onions, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 cup beer*
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water


Directions:

Trim fat from brisket. Cut to fit crock pot. Put meat in, cover with onions, bay leaf. Combine beer, chili sauce, sugar, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours.

Transfer meat to platter and keep warm. Discard bay leaf. Skim fat from cooking juices.

Measure 2 1/2 cup juices and place in a saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water; add to saucepan. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Cook for 2 minutes more. Pass with meat.

*Leftover beer can be frozen for the next time.
Serves about 8.

Crockpot Salmon Bake

Salmon is one of my favorite fish. When I found this crockpot recipe, I had to have it. I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it will be delicious. If any of you try this salmon crockpot recipe, leave a comment and let me know how it tastes. Get your list of crockpot recipes.

Crockpot Salmon Bake
INGREDIENTS:
3 cans (16 ounces each) salmon
4 cups bread crumbs, soft, about 10 slices of bread
1 can tomatoes in puree, about 15 ounces
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can condensed cream of onion soup
2 Chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
6 Eggs, well beaten
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup Milk
PREPARATION:
Generously grease crockpot. Combine all ingredients, except celery soup and milk, in removable liner. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Combine cream of celery soup with 1/2 cup of milk and heat in saucepan. Serve sauce with the salmon casserole.
